Ronald W. Orso, ABOG

Dr. Orso is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He is board certified by both the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American College of Surgeons with a sub-specialty in general medicine. He is past president of the Jefferson County Medical Society, Caduceus Club of the alumni association of the University of Alabama School of Medicine, past president of the medical staff at Trinity Medical Center and past chairman of the department of OBGYN at Grandview Medical Center. He is a retired army Colonel who served in Operation Desert Storm.

He is currently the senior partner of Birmingham OBGYN with his office at St.Vincent’s, Birmingham as well as practicing here at MedHelp. Dr. Orso has been voted one of Birmingham’s Best Doc’s for the 10th straight year.

Dr. Orso and his wife have 3 children and 7 grandchildren, who are the love of his life.
