MedHelp Homewood Urgent Care

For forty years, MedHelp has provided compassionate, experienced medical care to patients in Birmingham. Our urgent care clinics are an affordable alternative to costly and time-consuming ER visits.

MedHelp Lakeshore provides convenient urgent care to patients in Homewood, Mountain Brook, Vestavia Hills, and Birmingham. To better serve our patients, our Homewood urgent care clinic is open seven days a week with extended hours on weekdays. We know your time is valuable, so our goal is to keep your wait short while providing quality, individualized care to each patient. No appointment is needed for urgent care visits. Our primary care doctors are also accepting new patients.

Flu shots and rapid COVID-19 tests are now available at our Homewood urgent care clinic. Walk-ins are always welcome.
