New Patient Information

Thank you for choosing MedHelp

We’re glad you’ve chosen MedHelp for your healthcare needs. Whether you need urgent care or are looking for a primary care doctor, we’re here for you.

If you believe you have COVID-19 and need testing, please schedule a telehealth screening.

What to expect from an urgent care visit

  1. No appointment is needed for urgent care visits.
We see patients on a first-come, first-served basis. The average wait for urgent care patients is only about 20 minutes.
  2. Complete your registration.
    Forms are available
to download and print from home, or if you call ahead, we can text the forms to your smartphone. If you don’t have time to fill them out ahead of time, all forms can be completed in our waiting room. You’ll also need to pay your co-pay or submit a self-pay deposit at this time.
  3. See your provider.
Your time is valuable, so it's our goal to keep your wait-time short. We’ll take care of any needed tests, answer questions, and provide you with the help you need.
  4. Feel better soon.
You can have any prescriptions filled on-site at our Highway 280 clinic. We will contact you with lab results when they’re ready. To view notes from your visit or lab results online, sign up for our patient portal. If you’d like to stay with MedHelp and establish with a primary care doctor, call your preferred location to set up an initial visit.

What to expect from a primary care visit

  1. Call your MedHelp location for an appointment with your preferred provider.
If you’re not sure who to see, we can help you choose a primary care doctor that’s convenient for you and your schedule.
  3. See your primary care doctor.
You’ll discuss your medical history, any medical conditions, and your current medications with your doctor. This is also a great time to ask your doctor questions about your care. You should expect some basic lab work and an evaluation of preventive measures.
  4. Welcome to the MedHelp family.
Now that you’re established as a MedHelp patient, we’re here to help you stay healthy for the long haul. Even if you have an urgent care need, your access is simplified and streamlined, eliminating confusion and chaos.
