How do I obtain refills?

For our Highway 280 location, call 205-547-3900. For our Lakeshore location, call 205-945-8081. If you have refills available, they will fill your prescription. If you don’t have refills available, the pharmacist will contact your doctor for you and request a refill. Your doctor may ask you to come in or to have a telehealth visit depending on how long it has been since your last visit.

What if my medication is really specific?

The pharmacy can order any medication for you.

How do I save money by using the MedHelp Rx pharmacy?

At MedHelp Rx, we are able to cut out the middleman. We offer a wide range of generic medications that cost less while providing the same level of treatment. If you need a specific medication that we don’t typically carry, we can order that for you.

Need a refill?

Our pharmacists can refill your prescription quickly and easily. We're also here to answer any questions you may have about your medications.
