Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day is one of the most effective cures for depression and anxiety. (It also helps sleep!) Take Omega-3 fatty acids 2000-3000 mg a day (you can find this in fish oil and krill oil capsules) and a good megavitamin.
You need at least 2 mg a day of folic acid (one of the B vitamins).
